Applications are open for the Suicide Intervention – Healthcare Systems Initiative and Rural Health Clinical Equipment grants. Additional opportunities under the Connecting Technology, Data and Providers for a Stronger North Dakota pillar are expected to be released in the future. The Department of Health and Human Services launched its first Rural Health Transformation Program funding opportunity focused on strengthening the rural health care workforce in March 2026. 

North Dakota continues to host community meetings with state lawmakers as part of ongoing stakeholder engagement efforts. Interested parties can sign up for program updates through the state's notification system.
