The Department of Health and Human Services launched a new webpage highlighting RHTP Subrecipients of its Rural Health Transformation Program. The page showcases local organizations, healthcare providers and community partners that have received RHTP funding to implement projects aligned with the program's strategic priorities. RHTP Subrecipients are organized by initiative and funding category, with award notices current as of June 4. The resource is intended to promote collaboration among stakeholders while offering visibility into RHTP-supported projects statewide.
