NACDS is offering optional, one-on-one, state-specific support sessions to assist chain members with their Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP) efforts. Sessions are available every Wednesday, with four 30-minute time slots focused on state-level RHTP pharmacy engagement opportunities.

The state's Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP) recently reminded stakeholders of several active funding opportunities that remain open for applications. Current solicitations include the:
- Community Health Worker Training and Technical Assistance program (including Round 2) – applications are due June 15.
- Healthier Ohio Initiatives – Preventing and Addressing Chronic Disease (Track One) – applications due June 16.
These initiatives support workforce development, technical assistance and chronic disease prevention efforts to improve health outcomes in rural communities. Interested applicants are encouraged to review solicitation requirements and submission details before the upcoming deadlines.
