NACDS is offering optional, one-on-one, state-specific support sessions to assist chain members with their Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP) efforts. Sessions are available every Wednesday, with four 30-minute time slots focused on state-level RHTP pharmacy engagement opportunities.
Interested chain members may schedule a session.
The Department of Health and Human Services launched its Rural Health Transformation Funding Opportunities webpage, which will serve as the central source for grant announcements and application materials throughout the state’s five-year initiative. Several workforce, preventive health and care delivery funding opportunities have already closed, while applications remain open for the Suicide Intervention – Healthcare Systems Initiative and Rural Health Clinical Equipment grants. Additional opportunities under the Connecting Technology, Data and Providers for a Stronger North Dakota pillar are expected to be released in the future. Organizations interested in applying should review vendor registration and federal Unique Entity ID (UEI) requirements and continue to monitor the Rural Health Transformation Funding Opportunities webpage for new funding announcements.
