NACDS is offering optional, one-on-one, state-specific support sessions to assist chain members with their Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP) efforts. Sessions are available every Wednesday, with four 30-minute time slots focused on state-level RHTP pharmacy engagement opportunities.
Interested chain members may schedule a session.
The Department of Health and Human Services released a new funding opportunity under the Healthy Hometowns Rural Health Transformation Program to establish Cardiovascular Health Hub and Spoke Networks. Through RFP# COMPADM26007, the state is seeking qualified applicants to develop networks that expand access to high-quality cardiovascular care for rural residents. The initiative will support cardiovascular diagnostics, interventional procedures, disease management, rehabilitation, tele-cardiology and chronic disease prevention and management.
