The Department of Health has opened Requests for Applications (RFAs) under its Rural Health Transformation Program, making $205 million available to support locally driven initiatives that improve healthcare access and outcomes in rural communities. Funding opportunities are available for basic and emergency care, workforce development, technology investments, and healthy diet and lifestyle initiatives.
