The application portal officially opened for the Promoting Access, Coordination and Transformation (PACT) initiative, a key component of the state’s Rural Health Transformation Program. The initiative is designed to strengthen and modernize rural healthcare by expanding access to care, improving coordination among providers and supporting integrated networks, workforce development and technology-enabled infrastructure. Applications are due by 12:00 pm CT on July 10. Applicants are encouraged to review the Project Narrative and Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) for eligibility requirements, allowable activities and application instructions before submitting proposals.
